Coenzyme Q10 is a vitamin like substance which is found naturally in every cell in the human body. It is responsible for energy production and we cannot live without it. It is produced naturally in the body, but as we age the production of it decline's. This reduction of Coenzyme Q10 production starts as young as 25 years old. Coenzyme  CoQ10 can be vital for those taking statins as it can alleviate side effects such as muscle weakness, fatigue and leg cramps .

The body can only absorb 100-120mg of Coenzyme Q10 at a time, so if larger doses are required it is best to split the dose, e.g. 1 x 120mg capsule in the morning, then again midday and again in the evening.

I have been taking Healtharena Coq10 now for over 6 months , I switched from another brand which was getting ridiculously expensive and i am so glad I did. its a brilliant supplement at a great price.

Take one soft gel capsule daily, preferably at mealtimes, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Orders under £20 are posted Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery, at a cost of £3.95.
