Refund policy

Returns Policy

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with no tamper-proof seals broken.

To complete your return, we require a receipt, or proof of purchase.  This can be an email that we have sent you with your order number and details.

Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, such as:
-Any item not in its original condition, damaged for reasons not due to our error.

-Multi-buy special offers - if only part of the order is returned the offer price will not apply to items not returned.  These will be charged at their non-discounted individual price and a refund (if applicable) for the difference initially paid will be given.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you either by telephone, or email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment, within 3-4 days of inspection. 

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you paid by Paypal this normally takes 5-7 days until you see it in your bank account.

Sale or Reduced Price Items
Sale and reduced price items can be returned, taking into account our Partial Refund policy on multi-buy special offers.  However, items reduced due to a short expiry date, which have been listed on The Site as short dated, unfortunately cannot be returned. 

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at anna@healtharenaproducts.com and send your item to: Coquet Health Supplements Ltd, 12 Morwick Road, Warkworth, Northumberland, NE650TD, United Kingdom.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you, may vary.

 

Returning your order

To return your item, you should mail it to: `Coquet Health Supplements Ltd, 12 Morwick Road, Warkworth, Northumberland, NE650TD, United Kingdom.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund for your item, the cost of return shipping will not be refunded.

We would recommend that you consider using a signed for, insured and traceable shipping service.  If your item does not arrive safely back with us, we are unable to offer a refund.
