Fantastic Ginger Essence

Had been looking for a traditonal ginger essence for some time as it had become increasingly difficult to find. Found this and thought i would give it a try. Great taste and easy make, simple instructions on how to make and you can adjust to suit your personal taste. Delivery, service and packaging all first class, highly reccomend.

Really disappointing

I remember ginger wine from my childhood and wanted to have a go at making it once again. However, we had to throw this away as it tasted really medicinal, I knew I wouldn’t be able to get through a glass of it; it was very different from how I remember it. Really disappointed.

To make your ginger drink, add 907g (2lb) of sugar or sweetener of your choice to 2.8 litres (5 pints) of water and boil to dissolve.  Allow to cool, then add all of the Ginger Compound and stir.

Water, Citric Acid, Caramel, Polyoxyethylene (20) Sorbitan, Monolaurate/Polysorbate 20, Ginger Essential Oil - Zingiber Officionale, Capsicum Oleoresin 6%.

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Orders under £20 are posted Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery, at a cost of £3.95.

All International deliveries have a standard charge from £23.00, delivery times will vary from country to country.
